It benefits us all to have a break from our internal noise, allowing us to re-energise so we can be present for those we love.
In my classes I focus on building strength and practicing in a way that leads to increased energy minimising injury, aches and pains.
Since giving birth to my son in December 2016, I have been very passionate about helping women stay strong mentally and physically throughout their pregnancies.
My pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes are known for being very supportive, friendly and safe yet quite dynamic.
In all honesty the most challenging part of yoga is deciding to do it and getting yourself to the mat.
I have never met anyone who regretted coming to yoga.
