Fitbirds Bumpin' course content has been curated for you, no matter what trimester you are in, to support you along your pregnancy, into birth and through to our rehab and 4th trimester. Fitbirds collaborate with prenatal specialists to harness you with the knowledge and support you need and deserve. You will be provided with the foundations of how to train your body safely and effectively along your journey into birth.
We guide you into your most vulnerable and powerful 4th trimester rehab ensuring you a harnessed with the most effective training to restore your core, pelvic floor and shifting body. Bumpin' is much more than just a workshop, our course is here to bring your prenatal community together. We open each workshop with time to share and connect with your Bumpin' birds, an opportunity to build your community. Your community to support your during pregnancy and into the precious early days as a new mama.
We welcome pregnant birds to all our classes, all our trainers are pre and postnatally trained to support you safely and effectively throughout your trimesters.
However, we know there is a wealth of knowledge to share with you when it comes to supporting yourself and feeling supported during this incredible season of your life.
We have developed our Bumpin' 6wk course to educated and empower you with the information and community you really need.

Week 6 / an empowered birth through yoga (Nov 27th)
Join experienced senior prenatal yoga teacher Toni Osborne for a powerful and nurturing workshop designed to support you on every level — physically, emotionally, and energetically — as you prepare for birth. This workshop combines gentle movement, breath work, and chakra-based practices to help you build trust in your body, ease tension, and feel empowered as you move toward labour and motherhood.
