POSTNATAL yoga 2025
Mum & Baby Yoga Classes in Forest Hill, South East London (SE23)
Bring your baby to our supportive, friendly postnatal yoga classes in Forest Hill, designed for new mothers and their babies. These mum and baby yoga sessions in South East London are sequenced to gently stretch and rebalance your body, relieving tension in the shoulders, neck, and back, common from feeding and carrying your little one.
Postnatal Healing & Recovery
In these postnatal yoga classes, we’ll practice mindful breathing and gentle movement to support abdominal and pelvic floor recovery. Breathing techniques are tailored to restore energy and ease the fatigue many new mothers experience — always a top priority in my own journey as a mama.
This practice is deeply healing, focused on postural awareness, inner pelvic health, and lifelong wellness after childbirth.
When to Join
I encourage mothers to wait until they feel physically and emotionally ready to return to yoga, usually around 6–8 weeks postpartum. It’s important to honour your body and join when you feel truly prepared. If you're looking for a safe, nurturing way to resume movement, these mum & baby yoga classes in Forest Hill London, offer the perfect start.
More Than a Class
These classes are also a wonderful way to connect — many lasting friendships have begun here. Meet other local mums and babies in a relaxed and welcoming environment while you rebuild strength and restore balance.

lunchtime VINYASA FLOW
Yoga that flows gracefully from one posture to another making the transitions part of the focus allowing a continuous practice with continuous focus on the breath accompanied by music.
Whilst Toni is alignment focused to protect students from injury she doesnt believe there are any perfect postures and strongly advises we work with our bodies instead of against them.
Instead use the postures to explore the body whilst building strength, flexibility and balance helping to find space within body and mind.

PREGNANCY YOGA
Toni passionately believes that pregnancy yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious yet often challenging time.
Yoga can help you enjoy pregnancy with minimal discomfort from all the associated aches and pains, and you meet other mothers who know what you are going through with babies due at a similar time.
Many mothers from classes are now good friends and postnatal yoga students.
Its wonderful to continue your practise with friends once your babies are here sharing your yoga with them.
As mothers we need to keep our bodies strong and our minds calm in preparation for childbirth and caring for our little ones once they are here.
In pregnancy yoga we learn various sequences and techniques to draw from to help us achieve our best possible birthing experience.
All levels and complete yoga beginners welcome!
