Hi, I’m Toni,

Are you looking for an enjoyable, sustainable yoga practice? 


My aim is to empower my students with knowledge, techniques and choices to build confidence and trust in our amazing bodies with the underlying focus of building strength physically and mentally to enrich the experience of daily activities whilst making new friends.

Expect to receive quality instruction both online and in person from an experienced Senior Yoga Teacher, Mentor & Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Organising a private weekly yoga session for us as a couple has been one of the best things I've done for our health, we feel so much better, no more back pain and feeling old and I definitely manage my stress much better.
Toni brings something new to the classes each week with a thread of the familiar so we notice how far we've come.
She's such a knowledgeable yet incredibly warm person and her SE23 studio is wonderful, looking over her garden, we can really switch off for relaxation.

Pregnancy yoga 


Pregnancy yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time.

Its also a good opportunity to meet other mothers with similar due dates.

As mothers its beneficial to keep our bodies strong and our minds calm in preparation for childbirth and caring for our little ones once they are here.

Postnatal yoga


These classes are sequenced to strengthen and stretch out tension around the neck and shoulders to realign the spine to allow us to breathe more deeply.
When we breathe properly, we have much more energy and strengthen our core stability.
We strengthen the whole body through a safe flowing Vinyasa-style practice focusing on the pelvic floor, core, glute strength and always finishing with much-needed relaxation.

It’s a wonderful way to connect with other local mothers and babies making lasting new friendships.

It is important to rest and bond with your baby until 6 weeks after birth. When you have consulted your doctor and are ready to return to practice.
Postnatal classes can be joined with or without baby.

strengthening Vinyasa

Yoga that flows gracefully from one posture to another making the transitions part of the focus allowing a continuous practice with continuous focus on the breath accompanied by music.

Whilst Toni is alignment focused to protect students from injury she doesn't believe there are any perfect postures and strongly advises we work with our bodies instead of against them using postures
 to enjoy movement and explore whilst building strength, flexibility and balance helping to find space within body and mind.
