Her home studio and garden are beautiful and there’s tons of space. With the cooler weather creeping in, we practice in the studio with the bifold doors open and the under floor hearing is on, so feels very safe with plenty of fresh air but still nice and warm. Optimal breathing is the foundation of our vitality and healing. When we breathe properly, we have much more energy and strengthen our core stability. We strengthen the whole body through a safe flowing Vinyasa-style practice focusing on the pelvic floor, core, glute strength and always finishing with much-needed relaxation. It’s a wonderful way to connect with other local mothers and babies making lasting new friendships. It is important to rest and bond with your baby until 6 weeks after birth. When you have consulted your doctor and are ready to return to practice. Postnatal classes can be joined with or without baby. |

Whilst Toni is alignment focused to protect students from injury she doesnt believe there are any perfect postures and strongly advises we work with our bodies instead of against them. Instead use the postures to explore the body whilst building strength, flexibility and balance helping to find space within body and mind. |
