There is a yoga practice to suit everyone, adapting the focus so there is always something new to learn throughout the process.
Tuition is for all levels and abilities focusing on each individuals goals, we start with a baseline of ability and revisit this to ensure we're making progress.
Its a wonderful way to improve confidence and feel better, in body and mind.
1:2:1 sessions start from £70ph dependant upon requirements and location and there is a 48hr cancellation policy.

Toni is an excellent yoga instructor. Her classes are well thought out, structured and planned. She has a fantastic ability to tailor the class to the ability of all in the group giving help to the newest in the class whilst also challenging the more experienced.
As a new Mum I often start my day feeling somewhat groggy and in need of a pick me up. I have always left Toni’s classes feeling what can only be described as zingy.

Toni quite clearly has a beautiful soul which is effortlessly reflected in er classes. They are full of warmth and encourage you to have love for your own body and mind. You will leave feeling at ease but satisfied that you have worked hard, if thats what you wanted from the class. Yet, if you were looking for relaxation you get that too, its wonderful that she is able to strike the balance perfectly and her knowledge of the practice is evident from her teachings.
